Through Thorough Research and Testing We’ve Developed a Membership That Keeps Your HVAC System Running Smoothly and is Cost Effective
Beginning in April 2020, Parker Heating and Air Conditioning began testing new products for maintaining HVAC systems’ efficiency and reliability, and the results were impressive. We are pleased to announce that after our research and testing, we will be converting our semi-annual (twice per year) maintenance service program to an annual (once per year) Parker Heating & Air VIP Membership. What this means is the materials and processes we are now using are more effective in cleaning and eliminating system failures in your heating and cooling systems. You will still be receiving both heating and cooling high-quality services at the same time.
The New Parker Heating & Air VIP Membership Will Go in Effect July 1, 2023.
With your membership, you will continue to have the benefits of the “Peace of Mind” Service Agreement which include:

Annual HVAC Maintenance is Recommended By Most Manufacturers
One common issue with HVAC systems in is size. Not all homes have the right size central air conditioner unit or the appropriately sized ductwork to carry the cooled air throughout the house. Either issue can cause your HVAC system to work too hard, leading to problems down the road. Make sure that any new air conditioner or ductwork is the correct size prior to installation or have a HVAC contractor evaluate your current system for proper scale. Call on us today!
